Princess Caroline of Monaco on March 22, 2013 announced the birth of her first grandchild -- a boy born to her non-royal son Andrea Casiraghi and South American heiress Tatiana Santo Domingo. Born: A son to Andrea Casiraghi, 28, still-possible heir to the throne of Monaco, and his fiancee Tatiana Santo Domingo, 29, reports AP. This makes Princess Caroline a grandmother for the first time, in case you were wondering. No name officially announced yet, even though some French TV announcer was blabbing on Twitter that the princess had whispered it to him at a party. Which Monegasque royal is Andrea? He’s the older brother of Pierre, who got into a nasty NYC nightclub fight last year; and as the eldest of Caroline’s four children, he’s the one who could inherit the crown if his uncle, Prince Albert II, doesn’t have any legitimate children. Complicated stuff, we know.
