The veteran NBC newsman has recently become a vocal critic of the gaudy celebrity dominance of what used to be a media-political dinner, and, hey, hard to quibble with his logic. And yet Lohan was the breaking point . . . and not Ozzy Osbourne, Paula Jones, Larry Flynt or Donald Trump? Hmmm. Brokaw told Politico he hasn’t been to the dinner in years anyway.
