Sigh. Maybe a good wedding planner could have warned him? Sean Parker, the flamboyant young tech pioneer who helped launch Facebook and Napster, has agreed to pay a $2.5 million fine to the state of California for building a massive wedding staging area in an ecologically sensitive part of Big Sur without a permit. But apparently, he can afford it.  For his $10 million fairyland-pixilated nuptials with Alexandra Helen Lenas on Saturday, Parker (you know, the Justin Timberlake character in “The Social Network”) built a cottage, fake ruins, waterfalls and a dance floor near the coastal area’s rare redwoods and stream populated by endangered trout. The state learned about the construction after it was done and started negotiating with Parker in lieu of shutting the party down, reports AP.
