Michelle Obama and Laura Bush don’t mind you scrutinizing their hair

Laura Bush, who joined the current first lady at a summit of African leaders’ wives in Dar es Salaam Tuesday, where, among other things, they discussed the pros and cons of all the attention paid to their hair, shoes, clothes, etc.
