Poor Harrison Ford. Can’t believe he agreed to go to Comic-Con. Venturing into the belly of the fan-boy beast for only the second time, the famously grouchy star submitted to a press conference promoting his new “Ender’s Game,” only to be peppered by rabid fans with geeky questions about “Star Wars” and “Raiders of the Lost Ark.”

Highlights below, but you can get the general vibe from this video.

Remind you of anything? Of course: William Shatner at a “Star Trek” convention, as self-parodied on Saturday Night Live. (“Get a life, will you, people? For crying out loud, it’s just a TV show!”)

Highlilghts from the AP story:

One fan asked, “light sabers aside,” what might happen if Solo, the Millennium Falcon pilot from “Star Wars,” met Jones, the adventure-addicted archaeologist.

“Hi, how are you?” Ford asked. . . shaking his head, taking off his glasses and rubbing his eyes. . .

Another questioner. . . said he dreamed of being the whip-wielding, fedora-featuring Jones as a kid, asked if Solo would make a good soldier for Col. Hyrum Graff, the character Ford plays in “Ender’s Game.”

“You know, you and I have a lot in common. I used to dream about being Indiana Jones when I was younger. Not so much anymore. . . “
