— Norwegian Ambassador Wegger Strommen on his next trip to the United States. After six years in D.C., he’s headed home to become political director of Norway’s Foreign Ministry — after his farewell tour of Minnesota and North Dakota, where all the Norwegian Americans treated him like a rock star.
