Teresa Heinz Kerry made her first public appearance Tuesday since the seizure-like illness that struck her July 4th weekend. Looking healthy as she sat behind John Kerry during the Syria hearings, she was greeted by Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Menendez. Still no word on what befell the secretary of state’s wife, who was released from a rehab hospital in Boston July 27.
