Harry Reid, lunching at Ris on Thursday. The Senate majority leader (suit and tie) celebrated the end of the shutdown with a quiet meal for two with wife Landra.

Michelle Obama, dining at Bibiana on Wednesday night. While her husband sweated out the final hours of the congressional vote to reopen the government, the first lady (black dress) and two companions spent almost three hours at the downtown Italian restaurant.
