Washington Fine Properties Washington Fine Properties

Seller: Jon Huntsman

Asking price: $4.2 million

Details: The former ambassador to China and GOP presidential candidate is giving up his 5,000 square foot home in Kalorama, which served as his (and his colorful daughters) D.C. base during his short-lived 2012 primary campaign. The 1911 townhouse boasts five bedrooms, four baths, five fireplaces and (fun fact) was a home for “Top Chef” contestants before Huntsman bought the place for $3.6 million in 2010.
