On Friday everyone’s favorite over-sharer, former New York congressman Anthony Weiner, will make a cameo appearance on the season finale of “Alpha House,” Amazon Studios’ comedy about a group of roommates slash senators starring John Goodman.

Back in November our colleague Michael Cavna went behind-the-scenes of the finale episode, which was shot inside Riverside Church in New York. Apparently Weiner’s cameo will involve a Washington-style funeral, complete with a stiff and plastered on smiles.

When asked why politicians answered show creator Garry Trudeau’s call for guest appearances, Weiner told Cavna, “You’d better ask the actors” and didn’t elaborate further.

Weiner will be joined on Friday’s show by other famous formers like Michael Steele (former Head of the RNC), Tom Brokaw (former NBC News Anchor), and Jane Pauley (former co-host of ABC’s “The Today Show”).
