Michelle Obama talks Valentine’s dates, workouts in interview with Ryan Seacrest

First lady Michelle Obama marked the four-year anniversary of her “Let’s Move” campaign by dishing with radio host Ryan Seacrest about her own workout plans — and how she’ll be celebrating Valentine’s Day.

Getting those enviable arms isn’t easy: Obama confessed during an interview Thursday morning on “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” that she works out for an hour and a half every day, including 45 minutes of cardio (whew).

And when it comes to celebrating V-Day, she sounded a bit partied out after celebrating her 50th birthday earlier this month with a string of soirees, including a big dance party at the White House — and she credited her husband for making the big 5-0 special.

“He celebrated me so well — I had a great couple of weeks,” she said. “I think we’re going to low-key it for Valentine’s Day. We have been married for 21 years, and he never forgets a Valentine’s Day or a birthday.”

Complicating their dinner plans, the prez is scheduled to be in California meeting with Jordan’s King Abdullah II on Feb. 14.

Other fun tidbits from the interview:

– She liked the big hat that rapper Pharrell wore for the Grammy Awards.

– She hadn’t seen the ABC drama “Scandal” until the flight home from Hawaii, where she and the family vacationed over the holidays. “I love Kerry Washington,” she said of the show’s star, who plays a Washington “fixer” who handles misbehaving pols. “She is amazing so it makes the show fun. It was fun to watch.”
