Hey wannabe Frank Underwoods of Washington: perhaps you already own the cufflinks famously sported by your “House of Cards” muse, and maybe you’ve been known to squash an enemy with glee and a one-liner. How about taking the act one step further by snapping up the rib shop beloved by everyone’s favorite Vice President?

The run-down storefront where producers for the Netflix show shot scenes at “Freddy’s BBQ Joint” is for sale, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Apparently, the show’s cachet has given the four-bedroom home in the Waverly neighborhood some added value — owner Mahmut Nazli is asking $119,000, the Sun reports, even though its most recent assessment in the state’s real-estate database values it at $21,000.

Frank would probably approve.
