Attorney General Eric Holder and his wife, Sharon Malone, recently snapped up a $1.5 million condo in the new CityCenterDC development downtown, the Washington Business Journal reports.

Perhaps the purchase of the sweet digs with such a short commute to DoJ headquarters will put to rest those persistent rumors — swatted down by the DoJ and belied by his long tenure —  that the AG is planning to resign.
