Hey isn’t that… One-third of the super girl group Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland, at the Cannon building on Tuesday alongside House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).

The singer and the speaker were both on hand to support a new multi-year commitment from the Taco Bell Foundation for Teens that will provide $30 million to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Boehner, whose pockets should probably be stuffed with tissues, teared up a bit at the event, according to U.S. News and World Report. “Some of you know how I am about these things,” said Boehner. “We need to do a better job at educating more American kids. We live in America, for goodness sake.”

Rowland, a Boys & Girls Club ambassador, called the congressman’s swell of emotion “sweet.”

Dressed in what appeared to be a Dolce & Gabbana black floral dress and Valentino “Rockstud” pumps, Rowland looked every bit the celebvocate, mixing Hollywood style with Washington’s conservative (at least when it comes to fashion) ethos.
