This past weekend’s meet and greet of Hollywood and Washington at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner was the perfect opportunity to catch our favorite fake politicos gawking at their real-life counterparts and vice versa. Here are some of the best meet ups that we’ve seen posted on Twitter and Instagram.

“Seeing Double:” Tony Goldwyn and Bellamy Young, better-known as President Fitz Grant and his wife, Mellie, on ABC’s “Scandal,” pose with the real-life occupiers of the White House.

Dueling presidents: “Scandal’s” President Fitz Grant (Tony Goldwyn) poses with “House of Cards'” President Walker (Michel Gill). No word on whether they arm wrestled for the Oval Office, but this isn’t their first time meeting.

“Veep” Squared: We all had a front row seat for this vice presidential meet up. “Veep’s” Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Vice President Biden teamed up for this video to kick off the annual correspondents’ dinner.

“Fan Girl:” That’a lot of senior White House staff with a side of a president. “House of Cards'” Sakina Jaffrey, Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson and Michel Gill sandwich President Obama’s senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. “I went all fangirl on Valerie Jarrett yesterday, and now I’m really embarrassed. I think I hugged her. It’s like the morning after,” Jaffrey told The Reliable Source the day after this photo was taken.

Mixed up: “House of Cards'” President Walker (Michel Gill) and Secretary of State Catherine Durant (Jayne Atkinson) pose with “Veep’s” Selina Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus). That’s Louis-Dreyfus’s real-life husband, Brad Hall, peaking over the back.
