Bolshoi dancers drop by Dacha Beer Garden in Shaw

Hey, isn’t that… Six members of the Bolshoi ballet, downing brews and sausages (who knew that was on a dancer’s diet?) at Dacha Beer Garden in Shaw on Friday night?

The male members of the troupe, in town to perform “Giselle” at the Kennedy Center, dropped by to visit at the invite of their friend, Dacha co-owner Dmitri Chekaldin. The evening ended with a photo, which Chekaldin posted to the beer garden’s Facebook page: the danseurs holding their bartenders aloft.

Clearly, dancers love spending time at the barre.
