Real estate investor/philanthropist/socialite Susan Lehrman has new digs.

Lehrman recently bought a $6 million condo at 3303 Water St. in Georgetown, according to public records. The luxury condo building boasts a faux-industrial look and sweeping views of the Potomac from rooftop decks.

Lehrman is well known on Washington’s philanthropic circuit: She was given the insignia Chevalier of the French Legion of Honor for her charitable work, and she’s chaired several Opera Balls, the lavish annual fundraiser for the Washington National Opera. She and Giant Food heir Sam Lehrman divorced in 2012.
