Hey isn’t that… Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony winner Barbra Streisand walking the marble halls of Congress on Wednesday afternoon? Dressed in all black with her trademark blond locks blow-dry straight, La Streisand was in town to press Congress for increased funding for research on behalf of the Barbra Streisand Women’s Heart Center at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute in Los Angeles.

“Heart disease is the number one killer of women, killing more women than all cancers combined,” Streisand said in a news release. “It’s time for more funding, more research, and more attention for women’s heart disease.”

“The Guilt Trip” star planned to meet with Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), Sen. Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) and Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), along with the bipartisan women’s caucuses in the House and the Senate.

No word on whether she broke out in song, but we assume the Hill was all ears.
