Michelle Obama vows to ‘take a break’ from her beloved french fries

“I’m making a vow. I’m going to take a break from french fries.”

— FLOTUS told her surprised husband and a crowd of youngters on Friday that she is giving up her guilty pleasure. Despite her healthy eating campaign, the first lady has made it no secret that french fries are her favorite food and her personal weakness. “I can’t stop eating them,” she has said.

Her announcement at the annual Kids’ State Dinner was news to President Obama who responded, “Really? Wow. That’s big.” No word on how long this “break” is going to last. We’ll have to keep an eye out for a french fries-eating first lady.
