Hey isn’t that… Stedman Graham — the man who shuns the moniker “Mr. Oprah” but is still known best as the talk show queen’s better half — at Noelia Italian Kitchen on Monday afternoon?

Graham was dressed corporate chic minus a tie and met with four other diners at the new downtown resto. Our tipster said the five-some appeared to be having a two-hour long business meeting. Graham, 63, is the CEO of S. Graham & Associates, a marketing and consulting firm based in Chicago.

Graham and Winfrey were last spotted in the area on April 5 when the long-time couple attended a campaign fundraiser for Lavern Chatman. Earlier that same day the pair, who got engaged in 1992 but have not married, were on hand at an affair honoring the poet Maya Angelou at the National Portrait Gallery. A source tells us Graham and Winfrey looked especially “cuddly.” All together now, awww.
