What do you do before a sold-out Kennedy Center show? If you’re Kathy Griffin, you grab a falafel.

Hey isn’t that…Professional trash talker Kathy Griffin grabbing a snack among a throng of late-night club kids in Adams Morgan?

On Friday, the night before her really big show at the Kennedy Center, the 54-year-old former “Fashion Police” co-host was spotted at everyone’s favorite munchie spot Amsterdam Falafelshop.

Tipster Ben Cohen was one of the first of the resto’s patrons to look up from his falafel and recognize the D-list diva, who he said was seated with a “30-something man with lots of facial hair” (sounds a lot like Griffin’s boyfriend, 36-year-old marketing exec Randy Bick).

“At first I didn’t even believe myself,” recalled Cohen, “because why would Kathy Griffin be at the falafel shop at one o’clock in the morning in Washington, D.C.?”

Taking a break from her falafel and fries, Griffin told Cohen, who eventually worked up the courage to ask for a selfie, that she had just landed in town for the kickoff of her “Like a Boss” comedy tour. She also made sure to mention that it was “sold out.”
