Bristol Palin would like to set a few things straight.

The 24-year-old, who announced that she was pregnant with her second child last week, recently made clear on her personal blog that this new baby was definitely “planned.”

So all you “giddy a$$holes” need to back off (her words, not ours).
“This pregnancy was actually planned,” wrote Palin on Sunday. “Everyone knows I wanted more kids, to have a bigger family. Believing I was heading that way, I got ahead of myself. Things didn’t go as planned, but life keeps going. Life moves on.”

We assume the “things” Palin are alluding to here are her previously very public relationship and potential happily-ever-after with former Marine Dakota Meyer. The ex-couple were supposed to get married last May, but the wedding was called off sans explanation less than a week before the big day.

Following the logic of Palin’s recent post, she “got ahead of herself” by being a little lax in the birth control department before her scheduled nuptials. Then for reasons still unknown the wedding didn’t happen, but the pregnancy did.

Noticeably absent from Palin’s public explanation, which also states that she was never an “abstinence ambassador,” is Meyer. According to his official Facebook page, the 27-year-old, who recently celebrated a birthday, was headed to a “mini vacation with friends.”

In an earlier post about the recent terrorist attacks in Tunisia and France, Meyer wrote, “The news that feeds the ‘inquiring mind want to know’ is inconsequential compared to that which is truly relevant but lost on the back page. I urge you to go beyond what is spoon fed to you and see what is truly going on out there.”
