Hey, isn’t that… “Breaking Bad” star Bryan Cranston, dropping by the White House press gallery on Monday?  The actor (clean-shaven; blazer-sporting), accompanied by his wife, Robin Dearden, and “Trumbo” director Jay Roach swung by the fourth estate’s lair, where the typically jaded scribes were impressed enough to snap pics.

The visit by the LBJ portrayer was part of an itinerary that couldn’t be more Official Washington if it tried: lunch at the White House, an appearance on Jake Tapper’s show on CNN, and on Tuesday, a breakfast roundtable with Politico to promote “Trumbo,” in which he plays a screenwriter blacklisted during the anti-communist hunts.

Cranston is also slated to reunite with his “Breaking Bad” co-stars at a Tuesday event at the National Museum of American History, in which they’re donating memorabilia from the acclaimed show.
