For her first Sunday as a White House spokeswoman, Kellyanne Conway faced the morning-show cameras wearing a blue dress accessorized with an official-looking lapel pin. Sharp eyes noted that the piece, which features a rhinestone-encrusted presidential seal surrounded by an enameled ring that reads “President of the United States Donald Trump,” is the creation of District jeweler Ann Hand, who has been making patriotic and campaign trinkets for decades.

The $75 pin, available online and in Hand’s Georgetown shop, was a party favor at the Friday-night inaugural after-party at Cafe Milano hosted by former U.S. ambassador Mary Ourisman for the GOP elite. Conway wasn’t at that party, and Hand tells us she thinks that Conway acquired hers before inauguration weekend.

The bauble has already been spotted on some of the more fashionable Trump supporters — after all, it’s just a little more subtle than a red MAGA hat (or that “revolutionary” red-white-and-blue Gucci coat Conway wore to the inauguration ceremonies Friday).
