Hey isn’t that . . . “Project Runway” alum Christian Siriano playing the D.C. tourist in Georgetown on Monday?

A tipster spotted the “fierce” fashion designer at Paolo’s Ristorante on Wisconsin Avenue about 2 p.m. The Annapolis native, in town for a conversation with The Post’s fashion critic, Robin Givhan, lunched alfresco with an unidentified female friend, we’re told.

Siriano arrived sporting his trademark dark-framed glasses and a short-sleeve button down, all the better to check out his tattoos with. But the designer, whose bold frocks make regular appearances on the red carpet, was rocking one somewhat surprising accessory. Our source spied a Zara shopping bag at the high-end designer’s feet. Fast fashion, it seems, has a fan on Madison Avenue.
