Tucker Carlson apparently really likes his neighborhood.

The political commentator for Fox News reportedly upgraded his home, purchasing his third abode in the Kent area for $3.895 million. While the sale was completed in July, news of it has only recently surfaced. The deed for the sale of the residence — which boasts five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and spans 7,400 square feet — lists the buyer as a trust, according to Washington Business Journal.

The Kent neighborhood is in the west corner of Northwest D.C., near Chain Bridge Road and MacArthur Boulevard.

The “Tucker Carlson Tonight” host and his wife Susan listed the seven-bedroom, 5.5-bath Kent home they bought in 2011 for $2.195 million back in May. It sold for $2.04 million on Sept. 29, WBJ reports.

The family previously owned yet another residence in the Kent vicinity that they sold in 2011 for $4 million, according to property records.
