If you believe that Team USA will win and you want to chant “USA!” alongside D.C.’s Mayor Vincent Gray, then you’re in luck. He’ll be hosting a viewing party in Freedom Plaza for the much-anticipated USA vs. Belgium World Cup match on Tuesday.

The mayor will be joined by 94.7 Fresh FM radio hosts Tommy McFly and Kelly Collis and DC Water will man water stations throughout the event that starts at 3 p.m. The game itself is set to kick off at 4 p.m.

Other sponsors include DowntownDC BID, Events DC, D.C. United, Akridge and Pepco.

The event is free for all and lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.

This might be a good alternative if you were one of the thousands of fans who showed up to watch last Thursday’s match against Germany. The Dupont watch party for Tuesday’s game was scuttled because of lack of funds.
