D.C. United built a three-goal lead Wednesday before settling for a 3-2 victory over Swedish club Jonkopings Sodra in a preseason friendly in Bradenton, Fla.

Marcelo Sarvas and Luciano Acosta scored in the first half and Sebastien Le Toux added a goal in the second half before Sodra narrowed the deficit at IMG Academy.

United concluded the first phase of Florida training camp with two victories and a draw. It will return to Washington on Thursday for time off and a few workouts at RFK Stadium before returning to the Sunshine State in the middle of next week for a 12-day stay and three additional matches (Montreal Impact, USL’s St. Louis FC and Philadelphia Union).

Ben Olsen played two separate lineups in a 4-1-4-1 formation in each half Wednesday.
