Victor Cruz, WR, Giants (calf)… Cruz had hoped to return to the Giants’ lineup this weekend but suffered a setback Wednesday. He is out Sunday.
Sammy Watkins, WR, Bills (calf)… Watkins will miss the Bills’ game against the Giants.
Jay Cutler, QB, Bears (hamstring)… Cutler returned to practice on a limited basis Wednesday after missing last weekend’s loss at Seattle, a game in which the Bears punted on each of their possessions. He will start Sunday.
Alshon Jeffery, WR, Bears (hamstring)… Jeffery, like Cutler, practiced Wednesday in limited fashion, but unlike Cutler he will be inactive Sunday.
LeSean McCoy, RB, Bills (hamstring)… McCoy is out Sunday will be replaced by Karlos Williams.
