With Naeem Khan, Oscar de la Renta and Badgley Mischka all showing on the same day, eveningwear was a focal point. And it’s hard not to daydream about the Oscars red carpet, coming up in a few short weeks.

Prints can be difficult to pull off on the red carpet, but we’d love to see a starlet in this strapless ball gown, or the piece with red velor bodice and pink satin skirt.

Rodriguez’s beautiful basics were chic yet instantly wearable.

At the other end of the spectrum were sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy, with a show that was neither for evening nor particularly wearable. However, the “Star Wars” prints were playful and certainly left an impression.
