Last year, Martijn Deykers — the NoVa-based DJ and producer who performs as Martyn — described the rhythms of creative process like so: “When you’re happy, you go sit in the sun. You make music when you’re down.”

Hopefully, this past year hasn’t been too much of a bummer for Martyn, who’s preparing to drop his anticipated third album, “The Air Between Words,” on June 17. And on June 3, he’ll release an EP called “Forgiveness,” which features this handsome collaboration with Four Tet.
