Maryland basketball trains with Navy SEALs

The folks over at Maryland put together this video of the men’s basketball team’s two-day training session last week with Navy SEALs as part of “The Program.”

The team-building and leadership development sessions — looks like James Padgett took the lead in the latter category — include plenty of pushups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers and treading water while wearing a full sweatsuit. Pretty intense stuff.
