Miami is bowl eligible. Now the Hurricanes need to decide whether they’ll actually go to one.

Frank Spaziani elected to run out the clock, and paid the price with a loss and boos from the Boston College crowd.

Florida State routed Maryland and clinched the ACC Atlantic Division title.

“It’s a pretty dang good football team we just played.” – North Carolina State Coach Tom O’Brien.

“I don’t know what the president knows or our legal counsel or what [athletic director] Blake James knows. I’m sure there will be some discussions [Saturday night] and [Sunday], and we’ll go from there.” – Miami Coach Al Golden.

“We didn’t want to give the game away there. Yeah, we could have done some positive stuff. We were backed against some odds there. We felt our better chance was to go into overtime.” – Spaziani.
