The Maryland women’s basketball team received its final ACC schedule on Wednesday, and it’s not much better than what the Terrapins men got.

For the first time since 1981-82, Maryland will not host any Triangle teams, instead playing road-only games against Duke, North Carolina and North Carolina. Thanks to the addition of Syracuse, Pittsburgh and Notre Dame, the Terps will only play home-and-homes against the Orange and Georgia Tech, facing the other 12 teams once.

The full breakdown is below. The Terps will also host Ohio State on Dec. 5 in the seventh-annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge, their last on the ACC side.

HOME ONLY: Notre Dame, Florida State, Clemson, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh.

ROAD ONLY: Boston College, Duke, Miami, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Virginia.

HOME-AND-HOME: Syracuse, Georgia Tech.

After diving into the scheduling rabbit hole, this is the the fourth season ever that Maryland hasn’t hosted the Tar Heels, Wolfpack or Blue Devils in the same year. The Triangle shutout previously happened in 1981-82, 1979-80 and 1977-78.

The men similarly won’t be hosting any of their Triangle rivals, although their situation is even rarer. The Terps have never gone road-only with Duke, North Carolina State and North Carolina in the same season, and haven’t gone road-only with the Blue Devils since 1947-48.
