Maryland football unveils new red “Pride” uniforms

Okay, go nuts.

Here it is, the latest creation born from the bubbling waters within the cast-iron Under Armour cauldron. The Maryland football team unveiled its new red “Pride” uniforms in Baltimore on Thursday night, two days before the Terrapins face West Virginia at M&T Bank Stadium.

Pictures courtesy of Under Armour, gracious enough to pass them along so everyone can either bask in their glory, mock them mercilessly or shrug their shoulders and carry on with their Thursday evenings, depending on your collegiate affiliation and affinity for these sorts of reveals.

At the bottom, a video detailing the creation of these “Pride” helmets, which according to Under Armour are basically protective snowflakes, each one different than the next.
