Maryland's unquestioned emotional leader will take the field at Levi's Stadium for his final game Tuesday night, and do so with a chance to lift the Terrapins to levels he has never witnessed.
C.J. Brown was the team MVP.
Quarterback accounted for five touchdowns for the game.
Brown had been slowed by a number of big hits this season.
Quarterback again took his licks, but bounced right back up to lead Maryland to bowl-clinching victory.
Brown stretched for the pylon, giving the Terps the overtime win.
"I’m going to make sure it doesn’t happen again," Brown says.
Brown takes blame for his miscues against Syracuse.
“Those two weeks off definitely helped," Brown said.
Brown and Caleb Rowe are listed as co-starters ahead of Saturday's game vs. No. 9 Clemson.
