MILWAUKEE -- More than two dozen governors gathered here this weekend for the National Governors Association summer meeting.

In between committee meetings and news conference, the governors found some time to let their hair down a bit too, with some joining a motorcycle ride led by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R).
