On Tuesday, the Illinois state legislature passed a bill slashing pensions  and angering unions. Gov. Pat Quinn has signaled he will sign it -- a move likely to further erode his already tempestuous relationship with organized labor. But, the filing deadline for the governor's race passed on Monday -- so how much will Quinn's move actually hurt his chances at a second term next November?
