From time to time, a political candidates debate will let in some ... well ... interesting participants.

That was definitely the case Wednesday in Idaho, where two bearded men stole the show in a GOP primary debate that also featured Gov. Butch Otter and state Sen. Russ Fulcher.

Meet Harley Brown (who is apparently named Harley for a very obvious reason) and Walt Hayes (who at one point describes himself and Brown as the "un-normals"):

But it's hardly the first time this kind of thing has happened.

We all remember the "Rent Is Too Damn High," right?

And there will always be Vermin Supreme, the perennial candidate from New Hampshire Massachusetts who has found his way into a debate or two.
