Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert have been on vacation for the past two weeks, meaning that the Daily Show and Colbert Report were both absent from conversations about the protests in Ferguson, and the death that sparked them. Stewart returned on Tuesday, and most of his show was devoted to discussing the subject. Colbert did the same Wednesday.
Like the Daily Show, Colbert's segment focused mainly on poking the media, as the above clip shows. The end of his segment compared law enforcement's reaction to Cliven Bundy in Nevada and the situation in Ferguson.
