Just when you thought you had seen the last of President Obama's tan suits, his senior staff hinted that he might don one on the biggest political night of 2015.

The tweet above -- from White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer -- seems to be the White House having some fun with the media and political community who are waiting impatiently for the State of the Union speech tonight. (It starts at 9 pm eastern, FYI.)

Mission accomplished.

The last time Obama rocked the tan was in late August at a White House press conference. It proved to be a massive point of debate on the Internet -- what isn't? -- and led White House spokesman Josh Earnest to issue a defense the following day; "The president stands squarely behind the decision he made yesterday to wear his summer suit," said Earnest.
