Vice President Biden visited Philadelphia -- or as he called it, a suburb of Wilmington, Del. -- on Friday to meet with retreating House Democrats and give a speech.
Being a Biden speech, it featured a few of his signature moves.
He shot some finger pistols at the audience with a big grin.
He gave a shout-out to his son, Delaware Attorney General -- and according to the vice president "the next governor of Delaware" -- Beau Biden. He also blew him a kiss and said, "I love you."
He had a lot to say about the Republican Party, and got to deploy one of his favorite words.
"Mark my words, the Republican Party is going to try to claim this resurgence," he said, adding later, "It's a bunch of malarkey."
