Congress is stuck in the past, says congressman in DeLorean time machine

Yep, that's the DeLorean time machine!  Well, it's not THE DeLorean time machine, but it's a full-model display that Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Tex.) hopped.

This powerful machine was parked outside the Capitol South Metro station on Thursday, and we hear it has the Flux Capacitor inside and the date-clock set for 1985 and 2015.  Farenthold wanted to draw attention to updating the Communications Act, and the DeLorean is certainly one way to do it. Totes rad.
