While Obama, or ESPNPOTUS, is in the 40th percentile, Romney, going by WMR0321 (for his initials, Willard Mitt Romney, I presume), is in the 99th percentile. And not just the 99th, but the 99.98th percentile.
Romney shared his bracket with the Huffington Post on Sunday. Here are their two brackets side-by-side:

Romney picked Duke over Wisconsin, so if the Blue Devils win Monday night, he can add another thing to the Was-Mitt-Romney-Right-About-Everything? list.
