Marco Rubio announced his presidential campaign Monday, a big political story, but he had to share the spotlight with Hillary Clinton.

"Marco Rubio, get ready to dominate the news cycle," Jon Stewart said on "The Daily Show" Tuesday before airing a TV news clip about Hillary Clinton ... going to an Ohio Chipotle.

"Oh, bad luck. How could Rubio have known that on the exact same day he was launching his candidacy, Hillary Clinton would eat lunch?" he said.

Stewart ran down how cable news channels covered Clinton's stop, including Fox News, where "Fox and Friends" discussed how her visit proved she wasn't transparent (wearing sunglasses indoors) and out of touch.

It's going to be a long election.
