Oldest person to…Win the Boston Marathon? Climb Mt. Everest? Win an Oscar?

At two weeks shy of 39, Meb Keflezighi was the oldest person to win the Boston Marathon in more than 80 years. We're all about health and fitness here, so check out some other feats of longevity, athletic and otherwise:

Oldest female Olympic gold medalist: Lida Peyton Pollock, 63, United States, team archery, 1904.

Oldest Academy Award Winner (major categories): Jessica Tandy, 80, Best Actress, "Driving Miss Daisy," 1989.

Oldest blogger for a major U.S. newspaper: Lenny Bernstein, 56, 2014, The Washington Post (unless otherwise corrected).
