‘Unlearning Liberty: Campus Censorship and the End of American Debate’

Unlearning Liberty: Campus Censorship and the End of American Debate,” written by Greg Lukianoff of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, is now out in paperback. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in free speech on campus, and in free speech more broadly. Greg guest-blogged on our blog about the book when it first came out in hardcover, and you can see all his posts here.

Disclosure: I have represented FIRE in several friend-of-the-court briefs, and was also the keynote speaker at FIRE’s 10th anniversary celebration several years ago.

Eugene Volokh teaches free speech law, religious freedom law, church-state relations law, a First Amendment Amicus Brief Clinic, and tort law, at UCLA School of Law, where he has also often taught copyright law, criminal law, and a seminar on firearms regulation policy.
