On May 7, the Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy Studies will be hosting its second annual Executive Branch Review Conference in Washington, D.C. The conference will feature panels on a range of subjects concerning the scope of executive power and the activities of executive branch agencies and addresses by Rep. Tom Cotton and Sen. Ted Cruz. Panelists include Steven Calabresi, William Eskridge, Neomi Rao, Jonathan Turley, Steven Vladeck, Michael Carvin, Stuart Taylor, Susan Dudley, John Eastman and even a couple of conspirators (Nicholas Quinn Rosenkranz and yours truly), among many others.
