What you can rent for $1,350 in the D.C. metro region

In the past we have compared what you can buy in the D.C. metro area at certain price points. Now, we are going to look at a few examples of what you can rent. This is not meant to be a comprehensive list but rather a sample of what’s available out there to give prospective renters an idea of what they’ll find within their budgets in and around the District.

The past few months, we’ve relied on StreetEasy to help us find properties. But since Zillow acquired StreetEasy in August, Zillow is going to be working with us on this feature going forward. This month we look at three rentals in D.C., Maryland and Virginia for $1,350. Click the links underneath the addresses to be taken to the Zillow listings for more information about each rental.
