D.C. team ranks No. 7 in sales among Coldwell Banker North America units
The Mandy & David Team in Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage‘s Dupont Circle office, was named the No. 7 sales team in North America for the company. The team, led by Mandy Mills and David Getson, closed more than $131 million in sales in 2013 and $104 million in sales in 2012.
Mills and Getson say their sales success is due in part to hosting “pricing parties” at their listings for brokers to generate interest and to hosting “neighborhood parties” at the properties before they list them.
